Yup, a Vegan BLT. Nicole and I love this and have this for family breakfast almost every Sunday. No big recipe here… Just a list of Ingredients.
Super Simple Ingredients:
- Dave’s Killer Hamburger Buns
- Smoked BBQ Tempeh
- Baby Spinach or any form of Lettuce
- Vegan Mayonnaise
- Put the smoked BBQ Tempeh on a pan and spray with EVOO Spray.
- Pan fry the Tempeh till slightly charred.
- Place Tempeh, Tomatoes, Spinach and Mayo on Bread and serve with Fruit. Done!
