Vegan BLT?!?

Yup, a Vegan BLT. Nicole and I love this and have this for family breakfast almost every Sunday. No big recipe here… Just a list of Ingredients.

The Vegan BLT

Super Simple Ingredients:

  • Dave’s Killer Hamburger Buns
  • Smoked BBQ Tempeh
  • Baby Spinach or any form of Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Vegan Mayonnaise
  1. Put the smoked BBQ Tempeh on a pan and spray with EVOO Spray.
  2. Pan fry the Tempeh till slightly charred.
  3. Place Tempeh, Tomatoes, Spinach and Mayo on Bread and serve with Fruit. Done!
Served with Fruit.
Smoked Tempeh… Extra tomatoes on the side are always great.
